Benefits of Kelpak on Strawberries
Field trials conducted in South Africa and Europe clearly show the many benefits of applying Kelpak Liquid Seaweed Extract to strawberries, including:
- Improved rooting
- Better shoot development
- Increased photosynthesis
- Extended harvesting period
- More marketable fruit
- Better yields
Recommended application rates
Dip runners/explants in 1% Kelpak solution before plant-out.
Apply as foliar spray at 3 L/ha,
3 weeks after plant-out.
Repeat foliar spray 3 to 4 times, with 3 week intervals.

While our field trials are conducted under real-world farming conditions, the trial results reflected on this page are based on recommended Kelpak application rates and normal weather and soil conditions in each region.
